Wyatt Shell, Ph.D

Co-Founder & Chief Science Officer

Wyatt's career has been defined by a dedication to science and nature. Wyatt is a biologist with over 20 years’ experience and a specialization in wild bee ecology and behavior. During his time as a National Science Foundation Research Fellow and International Postdoc he became increasingly motivated to develop and implement practical solutions to save pollinators and the environment.

Veena Katragadda

Growth Director

Veena has always looked to build a career of impact. Prior to My Home Park, Veena’s worked for Target Corporation where she helped grow Target’s Cartwheel app to over 37 million users.
As part of Target’s Corporate Responsibility team, Veena helped coordinate and drive internal business action across a variety of important issues: human rights, regenerative agriculture, circular economy, water stewardship and more.

Veena’s favorite native plant is Bee Balm (Monarda fistulosa) because its native range includes Michigan (where she grew up) and because of its beauty and ability to attract hummingbirds (one of her favorite animals).

Veena holds a BBA from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Stanford University.
